TRACKING ORDERS

Firstly; Our advice is to use your work address as the delivery address. That way you can be sure you are there when the parcel is delivered.

When you place an order and we dispatch it, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking advice. This is contingent on you providing a correct email address.

If you placed an incorrect email address then you will not receive tracking advice.

If you have a query, you may request the consignment note number from us by emailing sales@tallguy.com.au

To get your consignment number you need to contact Tall Guy via email, Comm100 or Phone. If you gave us a correct email address at registration then you will not need to do this.

For Express Post you may track and trace your shipped order via the StarTrack website , click this link http://www.startrack.com.au/ or for Regular Post parcels you can track them via the Australia Post website at http://auspost.com.au/

Standard delivery for Express Post is between 1 - 3 business days from date of dispatch, not date order is placed.

For Regular post delivery is between 5 - 10 business days from date of dispatch.

Please remember once the parcel leaves our warehouse we have absolutely no control over the freight company. We will pass on your delivery instructions but we cannot control the Delivery Driver and insure he follows written instructions. Our experience is that Australia has one or the most reliable postal services in the world. We have very few problems.

If you are not home when the parcel arrives and if you did not leave an "ATL” (Authority to Leave) note when you placed your order, then the parcel will be returned to the depot and a delay will occur.

If you are confident that your doorstep is a reasonably safe place to leave goods, we recommend you tick the 'ATL' box when making your order. Please be advised that goods left on your doorstep are your responsibility.
